The title of this article is TSA launches review after online release of screening procedures and it is from CNN.com. It seems that the TSA posted a full manual that outlines how prisoners, diplomats, federal air marshals, law enforcement officers, and others are screened. It goes into great detail about how the screening is done including what the x-ray machines won't be able to detect in luggage. Many people were greatly concerned about this release of information and greatly chastised. Senator Susan Collins from Maine said that this release of information is "shocking" and "reckless." It is easy to see why she's concerned since the manual could easily provide those with information on how to bypass the system and might be able to cause danger.
I believe this relates to social control because it details exactly how people are monitored and how they are seen by the security of TSA. Certain type of people, as outlined in their manual that was posted, are monitored very closely and go through many different levels of analysis and people must adhere to these different types of control and privacy invasion in order to board a flight. In this case, it provides people a way to bypass their system of control, if only slightly, since it gives them idea of what they are looking for and so they could break their rules under the radar.
