Fence to be erected at Ohio home where bodies were found

The remains of 11 women were found during October and November inside an Ohio home. A judge ordered that a fence be built around the home to preserve evidence. One victims skull was found in a paper bag in the basement. Other bodies were still found with the obects used to strangle them around their necks. The killer, Anthony Sowell, is facing 85 counts of murder, rape and kidnapping. Instead of placing a gag order, the judge told attorney's to be professional.
I think gag orders are ridiculous. I do not understand how these can change the way a crime is perceived. Media may change a story o make it more appealing to a reader, but that is usually the case in tabloid stories. This crime seems a little too serious for anyone to misconstrue for the sake of ratings. If we can spend our time digging into Tiger Wood's personal life, there is no reason for gag orders to even be around. The order prevents people in the case from talking, yet if a person makes the choice on their to not talk, they are criticized. It makes no sense. It also prevents media from covering stories, but who is to say some people who are on trials don;t want their story in the public. Gag orders are based on biases to what cases the judge wants hushed.
